It is so hard to say good-bye to our dear Fr. Chuck…

For 17 years, Fr. Chuck has served the people of our cluster parishes. We have been abundantly blessed by his presence.  His joy, love and deep faith has touched our hearts as he taught us to always “Stick with Jesus”!

Please join us at all the Masses January 29 (5:00 pm at SJOA) and January 30 (8:00 and 10:00) as we express our gratitude for the gift of his priesthood and bless him as he begins a new chapter of ministry at St. Clements Mission Community in Missouri.

Many parishioners and friends have asked how they can honor Fr. Chuck. The suggestion has been made that in lieu of gifts, a monetary donation for Sarnelli House or his new residence, St. Clements Mission Community would be deeply appreciated. Donations can made directly to Fr. Church in his name.

God bless you Fr. Chuck, you will be missed!

The Cluster Human Concerns Commission

November 22, 2021

What unfolded at the Christmas Parade in Waukesha last night is heartbreaking.  The whole area is shaken and saddened and we continue to pray for those that were affected. Many of us know people that were present during the parade and a number of our brothers and sisters from Waukesha Catholic and Catholic Memorial participated in and attended the parade. All were affected, whether physically or emotionally.

We encourage the community to join in the prayer service The Catholic Community of Waukesha will hold at 6 p.m. Monday at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. The prayer service will be livestreamed on Facebook as well.

Our cluster parishes will again respond to our brothers and sisters in need this Thanksgiving. Due to the on-going CoVid concerns the agencies we are working with are asking for gift cards to purchase the food items.  We will have gift cards available at each parish through the Scrip program.

St. Catherine of Alexandria: We are supporting the clients of our St. Vincent DePaul Society and Whitewater United Lives (WUL). Who will distribute the gift cards to immigrant families in the area.

St. Joan of Arc: We will continue to support the Franciscan Peacemakers and the House of Peace.

Monetary donations are also welcomed and will be used to purchase the gift cards.  Checks should be made out to the appropriate parish.  Please note: Thanksgiving Food Drive in the memo portion of your check so that the check may be placed in the collection basket and properly directed towards the Thanksgiving Food Drive. You can also donate online at https://scsjcluster.weshareonline.org/

All cards and monies must turned into the parishes by Monday, November 22.

Human Concerns Outreach funds earmarked for Haiti

In light of the devastation caused by a massive eathquake to this impoverished and politically tumultuous country, the Human Concerns Commission has elected for the July and August Outreach funds to be directed to the people of Haiti. Haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere, the seven million residents (80% of them Cathoilic) live in rural areas in thatched or tin roof homes without running water or electricty. The country was recently devastated by an earthquake, shortly after the sitting government fell. This means infrastructure and services for Hatians are nearly nonexistent.

Our parishes are working with St. Mary, Hales Corners, who participates in a Parish Twinning Program with Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Latiboliere, Haiti. This partnership helps to ensure that funds are directly benefitting the people of Haiti.

For more information, visit St. Mary Hales Corners Haiti Initiative page HERE.

Checks can be sent directly to St. Mary with "Haiti" in the memo:
