Building the City of God!
Why a Family Program?
The Family Program is designed to support the family as we respond to the Church's call for parents to be the first and foremost educators of their children. Families begin with Mass where Fr. Mike is the first Catechist of the morning. Directly following Mass, children attend their age appropriate formation classes and parents enjoy coffee and an engaging session with a varied curriculum, including guest speakers, TED talks, book reviews, etc. The morning concludes with a full family activity where we enjoy snacks, fellowship and a hands-on family lesson. Together we grow in the transforming love of God by understanding, living and supporting each other in our Catholic Faith journey.
What Ages and When?
The Family Program includes Children Ages 4K through Grade 6 and their parents. Childcare is offered for children infant through age 3. Please note: Children and parents attend together. If children are at class, parents must attend the parent formation as well. The morning is dedicated to Family Faith Formation.
Each program begins with Mass and meets every other Sunday - October through March.
