Hello! My name is Joanna Vanderhoef and I am so very fortunate to be the Office Manager for Ministry Operations, working for both our Christian Formation: Families and Youth program as well as St. Joan of Arc Parish School. I began working for our cluster as the Administrative Assistant at St. Joan of Arc School inFall 2018. Not only do I work at St. Joan of Arc, my two daughters attend school here, and we have been parishioners since 2008. St. Joan of Arc is our home away from home! You will find me in the school office on school days, directing the school Children's Choir for Friday school liturgies, working with Mary Sue for the Family and Youth programs on the weekends, and cantoring and singing in the choir for Sunday Mass.
I have a Bachelor's Degree from Carroll University in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. I have a passion for operational efficiency and process improvement, while providing world class customer service. Prior to working at St. Joan of Arc, I worked in Sales Operations for a Fortune 100 corporation for 8 years and stayed home with my daughters for 5 years.
