Rooted in Faith

I have worked at St. Joan of Arc for 12 years (wow!) J

As the Administrative Assistant, I pretty much do anything administrative!  Answer the phone (that’s also my voice on the recordings), keep all the sacramental records, create those beautiful orders of worship for Sundays, weddings and funerals (I enjoy being creative with the wedding and funeral orders).  I also schedule the Altar Servers and Lectors year round and the Youth Ministers for Christian Formation Masses on Sunday evenings.

When I’m not at St. Joan of Arc, I enjoy assisting my husband, Tim, with his real estate brokerage firm, Dunne Commercial Properties.  For the past 3 years I was a “Grand Dancer” for the Milwaukee Bucks. I did not audition this year (it is quite the commitment) so I could spend more time with family and our business; I’ve danced most of my life including teaching and judging auditions. Doing an Irish Jig, hard shoe or a Ceili dance is also on my ‘résumé’ as I recently danced with the adult group at Glencastle Irish Dancers for 5 years.  I really do miss performing so I will be looking for other dance opportunities.  But for now, I will continue my workouts at the WAC to help me stay in shape.

Our beautiful daughter, Gracee (16) is a sophomore at Divine Savior Holy Angels and a really fast Cross Country runner.  Shannon, the oldest daughter, works for Harley Davidson and Mandaline, the “middle” daughter, lives in Chicago and works for an advertising firm.  We have 3 cats -- Quincy (a purebred Persian), Ella and Cookie, and a huge Bernese Mountain Dog, Gus.
