Extended Care Program

Extended Care is offered daily after school from 2:45 pm until 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday and 2:45 pm until 4:30 pm on Friday.  The Extended Care Program will not be held on days when school is not in session or on early release days.

We offer two options for children based on age level, and therefore after school needs. There is a $40 registration fee per child to purchase snacks, and care for either program is $6 per hour per child.

Children receive a snack and a chance to decompress and socialize for 30 minutes after what can be a rigorous school day. Children in older grades may use this time to complete homework. At that time, children proceed either to the playground or gymnasium depending upon the weather. We make every effort to give students time to run and play outside in the fresh air, provided the wind chill is above 0 degrees and it isn't raining. Children may be picked up by parents from either the Gymnasium or playground.
