Lectors are parishioners who proclaim the Scripture readings at Masses and other Liturgical celebrations. Those who minister as Lectors should possess the ability to prepare and proclaim the Scriptures for a large number of people, be committed to regular reading of the Scripture in their daily life, and be available to attend scheduled meetings and formational events.
