ADULT CHOIR: This parish choir leads the worshiping assembly in its sacred songs and presents selection of choral music to enhance the liturgy. It ministers at each of the Sunday liturgies and at all major parish celebrations. The choir meets at the church weekly on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm for rehearsal.
CHILDREN'S CHOIR: Leads the congregation in song every other weekend in a mass rotation. The choir meets at church on Thursday evening at 3:30 pm.
CANTORS: Cantors are parishioners who have answered the call to a most ancient ministry in the Church. The cantor’s main responsibility is to lead the community’s sung prayer at worship.
RESURRECTION CHOIR: This parish choir serves as representatives of the parish’s bereavement ministry as well as leaders of liturgical music at all parish funerals. Persons of all ages who enjoy singing and desire to support those experiencing the loss of a loved one are invited to this ministry.
LITURGICAL DANCERS: Praise God through dance for special liturgies. All ages are encouraged to join.
INSTRUMENTALISTS: Instrumentalists help bring the accompaniment of our liturgical music to life. If you play flute, guitar, trumpet, violin, or another instrument, and would like to get involved in the Music Ministry at St.Joan, please contact us.
